Terms of Service

1. Booking

• You can book up to 30 days in advance.
• Bookings must be made at least 120 minutes before the appointment time.
• Each time slot holds one booking. Taken slots close automatically.
• A booking is only complete once the system shows you a booking code.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You can cancel online at least 12 hours before your appointment (unpaid bookings can be cancelled until the appointment time).
• The deposit is non-refundable on any cancellation. Past that window, please call the shop.
• You can reschedule online 1 time per booking, at least 5 hours before your appointment. For more changes, contact the shop.

3. Arriving at the Shop

• Please arrive about 5–10 minutes early.
• If you arrive very late, the shop may shorten your session so the next booking is not affected.
• If you do not show up without notice, the shop may record it as a no-show.

4. Pricing & Payment

• The price shown when booking is the price charged, paid at the shop after the service.
• If you change services or add extras at the shop, the price adjusts accordingly.

5. Health Restrictions

Tell our staff before your session if you have any of these: pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart disease, osteoporosis, recent surgery, fever or open wounds. We may skip some techniques for your safety.
