Privacy Policy
นวดเพื่อสุขภาพ only collects personal data necessary for providing massage services and managing bookings.
1. Information We Collect
- Name and phone number: to verify who booked and contact you back.
- Booking details: service, date/time, add-ons, price and any notes you add.
- Gender and age, plus a coarse source of your visit (such as Facebook or LINE, never the link itself): used to match you with a suitable therapist (some therapists accept only certain genders or ages) and for anonymous overall statistics.
- A cookie that notes where your visit came from (neua_ref): only the channel, kept 30 days, no name or personal data.
- LINE user ID: only if you link your own LINE account, to send notifications.
- Staff activity logs: to review what happened if something goes wrong.
- Payment slips: to verify deposits, or packages/gift vouchers you ask to buy.
- Points, packages and gift vouchers: your point balance, packages bought or used, vouchers received or bought.
- Star ratings and review comments: only if you choose to rate your visit.
- Promotion consent record (date and source): only if you consent separately.
- Data-rights request details (name, phone, request): only if you submit one, to verify your identity and reply.
2. How We Use It
- To confirm bookings, remind you before your appointment and tell you about changes.
- To schedule without clashes and prepare the service you chose.
- To verify payments, grant packages/gift vouchers you buy, calculate points and give review rewards (when offered).
- We never sell or trade your information with third parties.
3. Who Can See Your Information
Only shop staff with an admin account can see your information. We use the LINE Messaging API to message the LINE account you linked yourself: booking notifications, and news/promotions (such as coupons inviting you back) only if you consent separately (tick the box when booking, or type "รับข่าวสาร" in the shop's LINE). You can withdraw consent anytime by typing "หยุดรับข่าวสาร". This does not affect booking notifications.
Exception: a review you submit and the shop approves is shown publicly with only the first letter of your name (e.g. "J****"), star rating, comment and date. Never your full name, phone number or booking code. To remove it, tell the shop.
4. Your Booking Detail Link
Your booking link contains a unique random code that cannot be guessed. Do not share it publicly, since anyone with the link can see your booking details.
5. Retention Period
The shop keeps booking history for service and accounting. When you ask for deletion, we anonymise your data (removing name, phone, LINE, notes, review text and slips) and keep only the amounts and dates of past transactions for legal accounting, which can no longer identify you. Server logs that may briefly contain IP addresses or LINE IDs are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Payment slips are kept only as long as needed for verification and accounting, and deleted when you request deletion.
To prevent fake bookings and misuse, the shop keeps the IP address used to create a booking only temporarily and deletes it automatically within 30 days (never used for marketing).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to ask to view, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw promotional consent by contacting the shop directly
7. Staff Information
The shop keeps its staff members' personal data (name, address, emergency contact, bank account and document copies) only for employment, payment of compensation and emergency contact. Only the shop owner can access it.
